The MLC 1100 Ultra-Precision Machine is equipped with a natural granite base. The X-Y Axis slide is equipped with hydrostatic bearings, allowing for dynamic structuring of the work piece. An optional Vacuum/Therm Chuck system can also be attached to the Y-Axis slide.
The MLC 1100 Laser Machining axis (Z2) has an assembly platform, which allows for the retrofitting of application specific components, such as focusing systems, scanners or laser beam delivery items. Additionally the integrated beam delivery with beam switches allows for up to 3 laser sources.
The airborne axis (Z1) with its integrated measurement system (laser sensor & camera system) allows for complete control and monitoring of manufactured micro structures.
