Further Information:

Spherical mirrors are generally used for ‘simple’ beam shaping tasks or as passive reflectors in expansion telescopes and also for basic beam focusing. These mirrors are used to focus or defocus a beam just very slightly, for example in a telescopic beam extender with a Z-fold. Sometimes these mirrors are also used for simple focusing within laser heads.

A range of different sizes and shapes are available from LT ULTRA, with or without direct water-cooling for use in beam extender telescopes, guidance systems or similar applications.
